All Options Pregnancy Counseling
An unexpected pregnancy deserves unhurried and judgment-free care.
Whatever you're feeling right now — scared, uncertain, relieved, overwhelmed, or all of the above — you deserve accurate information, time to think, and a provider who will support you through whatever you decide. All options, presented without pressure or judgment.
When a pregnancy is unexpected, the last thing you need is to feel rushed.
Many people in this situation encounter providers who have opinions, spoken or unspoken, about what the right decision is. Who move quickly through the appointment. Who present some options more fully than others.
At Good Energy Women's Health we believe every person facing an unexpected pregnancy deserves complete, unbiased information about every path available to them: parenting, adoption, and abortion, presented with equal care and without an agenda.
You are the right person to make this decision. We are here to make sure you have everything you need to make it.

Your questions, answered
What does "all options" counseling mean?
It means we provide complete, accurate, and unbiased information about every option available to you: parenting, adoption, and abortion, without steering you toward any particular path. Our role is to make sure you have the information, the time, and the support you need to make the decision that is right for you.
Will you try to influence my decision?
No. We are not here to advocate for any particular outcome. We will answer your questions honestly, provide accurate medical information, and support whatever decision you make. If you want to talk through your feelings or your circumstances, we have time for that too.
What if I already know what I want to do?
That's completely fine. Some people come in already certain, they just need confirmation, a referral, or next steps. Others are genuinely unsure and need more time and information. We meet you wherever you are.
How far along do I need to be to be seen?
We can see you as soon as you have a positive pregnancy test. Earlier is generally better when it comes to options counseling, as some paths are time-sensitive. That said, we will see you regardless of how far along you are and help you understand what options are available at your stage of pregnancy.
Do you do labs and ultrasounds for pregnancy?
Yes. Depending on your situation, we can order pregnancy confirmation labs and refer you for ultrasound when needed : such as for uncertain dating, bleeding concerns, or to help clarify your options. We don't perform ultrasound in-office, but we coordinate imaging as a bridge to make sure you have the information you need while care is being established with a midwife or OB.
Is this visit confidential?
Yes. As with all visits at Good Energy, your care is confidential. We follow all applicable privacy laws and will not share your information without your consent.
